Side effects Ifa Norex 50mg
Stop using Ifa Norex at once if you have a serious side effect such as:
fast, pounding, or uneven heartbeats;
chest pain, feeling short of breath ;
feeling like you might pass out;
swelling in your ankles or feet;
confusion, hallucinations, unusual thoughts or behavior;
seizure (convulsions);
muscle movements you cannot control; or
sudden numbness or weakness, especially on one side of the body.
Less serious side effects may include:
nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, upset stomach;
headache, blurred vision;
feeling nervous, anxious, or jittery;
sleep problems (insomnia);
dizziness, drowsiness, tired feeling;
depressed mood;
dry mouth, unpleasant taste in your mouth;
decreased sex drive; or
mild itching or rash.
How to use IFA Norex 50mg?
Pills taken orally 25 mg 2-3 times a day for 30-60 minutes before meals in conjunction with a reduced calorie diet. If the effect is insufficient – 100 mg per day. The course of treatment – 6-10 weeks, a second course – 3 months. Children older than 12 years: half the adult dose.
Interactions
IFA Norex should not be administered in conjunction with monominooxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or general anesthetics, hypoglycaemic drugs including insulin should be adjusted.
It should not be administered to patients hypersensitive to appetite suppressive drugs or other sympathetic drugs, patients with thyrotoxicosis, unstable individuals or those with a history of psychiatric illness, or those patients with a history of drug addiction or predisposition to alcohol abuse.
